Increase the Intensity of Your Workouts During the First 15 Minutes

Every workout should start with a 5 minute warm up. This is an essential part of the routine in order to warm up your muscles before you start intense walking on the treadmill. Then you should increase the incline of the treadmill every 2 minutes to a slightly higher level so that you gradually increase the intensity of your walking during the routine.
